RULES REGARDING COMMUNITY ANNOUNCEMENTS

Members of the community have the opportunity to air public service announcements, given that they comply with the following rules and regulations:

  1. Must be on Official Letterhead and signed.
  2. Must be received by WHPY, two (2) weeks in advance of the scheduled event.
  3. WHPY will air one (1) Public Service Announcement every six (6) weeks per organization. This allows for a variety of events to be announced from different organizations at any given time.
  4. Airing of announcements is subject to availability of space in a three to four (3-4) minute spot per week. Priority is given to organizations based on: (a) a first come, first serve basis, and (b) the longest duration of time since that organization was last aired on Community Bulletin Board.
